My journey began several years ago with a desire to live a better life. Early on, I went towards the life that I thought would make me happy. A college education, successful career, marriage, children, and a comfortable home.  So why did I have a consistent nagging feeling that this was not it? This was certainly comfort, but, where was true happiness?

These questions led me to so many amazing places physically, spiritually, and emotionally.  My journey is now about living my truth with processes and practices that enhance inner peace, a realization of my higher self, and a space to share my knowledge and the love of improving the lives of others.
