A wise person once told me that it is vital to our existence to retreat a minimum of once per year. . Retreats are a wonderful way to ‘unplug” and recharge. Soul Rooted Retreats give you the opportunity to reconnect with you while connecting to a beautiful community of souls. We create the opportunity for you to indulge in include group wellness sessions, yoga, sound healing, discussion groups and nutritious, locally sourced foods.
